I found the Niddry Design Co when looking to purchase a house number. Even though there were larger more expensive items on the web site I found the same care and expertise had been used.
I am delighted.
Dorset 2026

The beech chopping board which I recently ordered arrived promptly today, beautifully wrapped. I am amazed at the quality of the wood and craftsmanship. It will have pride of place in my kitchen. Many thanks.

Robert is a true gentleman, started out with. Conversation about what I were after, he listened to every word I had to say then offered me his wealth of experience. We found the right board and then he went away to practise the design and I must say he didn’t disappoint!! What a board, it’s 1metre long and is absolutely stunning!!

I am absolutely delighted with my bespoke coffee table. The craftsmanship is outstanding and it is clear a great deal of care skill and attention to detail has gone into every part of the table.
From the quality of the materials to the finish, everything feels solid, well made and thoughtfully designed. The table is not only beautiful to look at but also practical and perfectly suited to the space it was made for. It has transformed our living room and will definitely be a talking point!
What I value most is how personal the piece feels. It is clear it was made with pride, not rushed and created to last. The end result has exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend Robert’s work to anyone looking for something truly special and unique.
A huge thank you for creating such a stunning piece, I will enjoy it for many years to come.
