This 128 year old Burr Oak is from Niddry Farm in Winchburgh, West Lothian, Scotland. It has been painstakingly cleaned, sanded and set in clear resin with handmade pasta. This process took 3 months to complete and included over 20 hours of sanding and polishing.
Made for the Ludlow Food Festival.
